We are excited to unveil the MOON Villa, modern architecture, blended with nature. This 120-square-meter home is carefully crafted to offer an unmatched living experience. Designed as a calm escape, it beautifully combines fresh design with its natural setting, making it perfect for renters who appreciate peace and contemporary style

CONCEPT

The MOON Villa draws its inspiration from the celestial allure of the moon – a beacon of calm and subtle grandeur. Our design prioritizes organic integration with the landscape, utilizing a minimalist aesthetic that allows the architectural gestures to speak volumes. The striking, curved fenestration is a direct nod to the lunar arc, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day and framing breathtaking views of the natural world outside

DESIGN

Upon approach, the villa reveals its distinctive character: a clean, rectilinear form softened by the magnificent, arching glass facade that dominates the primary elevation. This expansive window serves as the heart of the design, flooding the double-height living spaces with natural light and blurring the lines between indoor comfort and the surrounding greenery

The exterior is clad in warm, vertical timber battens, providing a tactile texture and a timeless appeal that will gracefully weather over time. Strategically placed circular windows on the side facade echo the lunar theme, adding playful visual interest and allowing for focused views. An adjacent, minimalist structure extends the living experience outdoors, offering a sheltered space for relaxation and connection with nature. Or tasty dinner with BBQ in family surraunding

Inside, 120 square meters are cleverly planned to maximize space and functionality. Open-plan living areas flow seamlessly into the bedrooms and bathrooms. At the back of the building, there is a small swimming pool and a sauna for those who enjoy water relaxation. There is also access to a covered summer BBQ area.
On the 2nd floor, there is a compact and thoughtful recreation area, a bathroom and two bedrooms with access to a large, spacious balcony with a magnificent view.
