The creative space LEM Station is almost on the final stretch !
We’re excited that all the renovation and restoration processes are moving steadily toward completion. The exhibition center with parking is already open, along with partial coworking spaces and a restaurant.

It is extremely important to preserve the historical value of every important detail of a heritage site. Cozy, warm textures and historical materials such as brick on the walls, wooden stairs, ceiling finishes, floor tiles... Each touch of which can tell its own story...
