LEM Station coworking ON THE RAILS is more than just a coworking space, it is a significant part of a large creative space known as LEM Station. Located in a former clinic building behind the tram depots, it has three levels (2nd, 3rd and attic 4th floors) for coworking, each with a unique design. The concept was to create a themed space for the city's creative class, with a concept related to electrical networks and a tram depot. Stanislav Lem and his science fiction works deeply enriched the concept, opening up a limitless dimension for creativity, intertwining the themes of electricity and technology with mystical and fantastic elements...

2nd FLOOR

ENTRANCE/EXIT 01

The main entrance from the elevator to the coworking space is the key area where customers enter first. Here is the "insta" zone (wall) with a multimedia composition of retro-futuristic screens broadcasting interesting facts from science or fiction

RECEPTION

The reception area, decorated in a loft and retro-futuristic style, includes elements of electrical structures, industrial heavy lamps, aluminum spherical furniture, and the LEMco3000 robot that greets guests (customers) and can tell a joke using a digital display with eyes

COWORKING WORKSPACE

The theme of electricity flows throughout the coworking space. It is mixed with various elements of decor and loft solutions for technical networks. The furniture is already more inclined to workplace offices and modern. This adds visual contrast and comfort for work

IJON TICHY'S MEETING ROOM

The meeting room of a futurist engineer from the past. Modern forms are combined with elements of retro materials. Engineering drawings in the form of decor (a Tesla coil, a retro camera, a space fighter, and a distiller), a wall for drawing or making notes, an exclusive table with a brutal frame made of metal and old railroad ties

This is a large open space that visually hints at a similarity to an engineering and design bureau under a cozy mansard roof

STAIRWELL 1-4 FLOOR

The stairwell was realized with maximum preservation of authentic textures and materials. The old ceramic tiles that were preserved from previous times were reused. The railings were restored and the texture of the old brick walls was preserved. Loft-style decorations and electrics enhance the overall concept of the space

The LEM station space is in the process of being realized. We are very grateful to the investor group for continuing to create excellent prospects for the city during the COVID19 period and later, in the difficult time of the war with the russian occupation
